TCA § 43-6-425 — Subsequent referenda
If a referendum fails, the certified organization may call more referenda with the commissioner’s consent. After a referendum passes, eligible voters must be given a chance to vote again at least every 10 years on whether to continue their assessments, and later referenda must meet the initial referendum requirements.
