TCA § 69-5-507 — Docketing — Consolidation — Transcript

In certain circuit court cases, the case must be docketed with appellants as plaintiffs and the opposing parties as defendants; the court may also consolidate multiple damages appeals if practicable; and in some county-court appeals, the clerk makes out only one transcript if the appellants request it.
