TCA § 49-1-402 — Implementation of program — Methods and materials
The state board of education, with the department of safety, may implement a statewide DARE curriculum and may use approved training methods and materials. The state board must try to include nicotine-abuse hazards in the drug-free alliance program and encourage culturally relevant methods and materials.
