TCA § 37-1-615 — Violations — Penalties

People who are required to report suspected child sexual abuse can commit an offense if they knowingly or intentionally fail to report it or stop someone else from reporting. Disclosing confidential abuse-registry or case-record information is also a misdemeanor unless the disclosure is allowed by this part.
