TCA § 56-26-305 — Powers of commissioner

The commissioner has the power and authority to enforce this part, including the power to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations, including, but not limited to: Diagnostic categories that will be used; Information that major purchasers may receive; Fees that major purchasers may reasonably be charged for data requests; Conditions under which data may be deemed to be reasonably available; Information that must be reported and in what format or form; and Any other matter necessary to implement this part.
