Water Code § 54.507

Sec. 54.507. NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION. (a) Repealed by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 715, Sec. 43, eff. Sept. 1, 1995. (b) All or any part of any facilities or improvements which may be acquired by a district by the issuance of its bonds may be included in one single proposition to be voted on at the election or the bonds may be submitted in several propositions. A bond election may also be held on the same day as the confirmation election. The bond election may be called by a separate election order or as a part of the order calling the confirmation election. (c) If a majority of the votes cast at the election are in favor of the issuance of the bonds, the bonds may be issued by the board if the confirmation election results favorably to the confirmation of the district.
