Insurance Code § 885.259
A fraternal benefit society must fund benefits and expenses from member premiums and accretions. A domestic or foreign fraternal benefit society may not do business in the state unless its stated premiums are sufficient to meet contracted obligations under the chapter’s reserving standards.
