Education Code § 30B.151
School districts and open-enrollment charter schools must notify the commissioner when they use or change the affiliation of a private or third-party whole-program virtual instruction provider for certain full-time virtual or hybrid programs, and they may not use an ineligible provider except as allowed by Section 30B.
