Human Resources Code § 241.009

Sec. 241.009. COMMITMENT INFORMATION. (a) Not later than October 1 of each year, the department shall publish on the department's Internet website aggregated information on the number of children committed to the department during the previous fiscal year, categorized by: (1) committing offense level; (2) sentence type; (3) age; and (4) sex. (b) The department shall publish quarterly on the department's Internet website end-of-month data described by Subsection (a), aggregated for all children committed to the department and for children placed in each secure facility and halfway house. (c) The department shall ensure that information regarding an individual child cannot be identified in any of the aggregated information published under this section.
