Education Code § 1001.104

Sec. 1001.104. HOSPITAL AND REHABILITATION FACILITIES. (a) The department shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the state agency responsible for administering the vocational rehabilitation program under Subtitle C, Title 4, Labor Code, and the Department of Public Safety for the interagency development of curricula and licensing criteria for hospital and rehabilitation facilities that teach driver education. (b) The department shall administer comprehensive rules governing driver education courses developed through interagency cooperation between the commission, the state agency responsible for administering the vocational rehabilitation program under Subtitle C, Title 4, Labor Code, and the Department of Public Safety.
