Local Government Code § 172.010
Trustees of the pool must get the pool’s fiscal accounts and records audited every year by a licensed accountant, file the audit report annually with the State Board of Insurance, and the Board must keep and provide public access to the reports. The Board may also adopt filing and inspection rules.
