Business & Commerce Code § 2A.514
A lessee can lose the ability to rely on a defect when rejecting goods if the defect was not stated seasonably and was discoverable by reasonable inspection, and can also lose recovery rights for document defects if rights were not reserved when paying rent or other consideration.
