Insurance Code § 2602.352

Sec. 2602.352. NOTICE OF DETERMINATION CONCERNING ACTUAL PAYMENT. (a) On determination by the conservator that covered claims should be actually paid, the conservator shall give notice of the determination to holders of covered claims. (b) The conservator shall mail the notice to each holder of a covered claim at the most recent address shown in the impaired title insurance company's or agent's records, except that if those records do not show the claimant's address the conservator may give notice by publication in a newspaper of general circulation. (c) The notice must state a date, not earlier than the 91st day after the date of the mailing or publication of the notice, before which the claimant must file a claim with the conservator.
