Government Code § 403.623

Sec. 403.623. RULES AND FORMS. (a) The comptroller shall adopt rules necessary to implement and administer this subchapter, including rules for: (1) determining whether an applicant meets the jobs and investment requirements prescribed by Section 403.604; and (2) authorizing an applicant or school district to submit any form or information required by this subchapter electronically. (b) The comptroller shall adopt forms necessary to implement and administer this subchapter, including the forms to be used by an applicant under Sections 403.607 and 403.616. (c) The comptroller shall provide without charge one copy of the rules and forms adopted under this section to any person that states that the person intends to submit an application to the comptroller under this subchapter to limit the taxable value of eligible property used as part of an eligible project.
