Occupations Code § 1101.151
The commission must administer this chapter and Chapter 1102, make advertising rules and standards for certain license holders, keep a registry of certificate holders, and design and adopt a seal. It may also adopt and enforce needed rules and set conduct and ethics standards for licensed persons.
