Human Resources Code § 137.055

Sec. 137.055. COMMISSION OPERATING FUND ACCOUNT. (a) The operating fund is an account in the general revenue fund. (b) Administrative and other costs allowed in Section 137.053 shall be taken from the operating fund. The commission may transfer funds contained in the operating fund to the trust fund at any time. (c) The legislature may appropriate the money in the operating fund to carry out the provisions of this subchapter. (d) The operating fund is exempt from the application of Section 403.095, Government Code. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 957, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
