Property Code § 221.037

This section says certain alternative terms, including “vacation ownership interest” and “vacation ownership plan,” can be used in required disclosures if they refer to the timeshare interest or plan and are regularly used by the developer; an assumed name may also be disclosed if name-use laws are followed.
