Occupations Code § 1704.254

Sec. 1704.254. NOTICE AND HEARING. (a) Notice of a hearing to suspend or revoke a license under this chapter must: (1) be sent by certified mail to the last known address of the license holder not later than the 11th day before the date of the hearing; (2) state each alleged violation of this chapter; and (3) include a copy of any written complaint on which the hearing will be based. (b) The hearing is limited to each alleged violation stated in the notice. (c) During the hearing, the license holder: (1) is entitled to an opportunity to be heard; and (2) may present and cross-examine witnesses. (d) The hearing must be recorded. A license holder may obtain a copy of the record on request and payment of the reasonable costs of transcription. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
