Agriculture Code § 78.033
The chairman must call an annual meeting and give written notice at least 10 days before it. Eligible voters must elect replacement directors at the meeting and may consider other proper business. An elected director must live in the same territory as the predecessor, and an attendee may appoint a proxy.
