Transportation Code § 504.667
The department must issue Texas Medical Center specialty license plates and design them with Texas Medical Center. The remaining plate fee must be deposited to a comptroller-created account, and the comptroller may use that money only for grants benefiting Texas Medical Center and its member institutions.
