Estates Code § 1055.152
A mediated settlement agreement is binding if it has the required bold/capital/underlined revocation notice, is signed by each party, and is signed by any attorney present. A party may get judgment on a qualifying agreement, but a court may refuse if it is not in the ward’s or proposed ward’s best interests.
