Human Resources Code § 152.0771

The El Paso County juvenile board must meet at least every three months, keep records, and a juvenile probation officer must take the oath of office and file it with the county clerk when appointed. The commissioners court must also provide juvenile probation officers with vehicles or an automobile allowance.
