Special District Local Laws Code § 1031.059
The president or any three directors may call a board meeting, and the board may set a regular meeting schedule by resolution. Notice of a board meeting’s time and place must be given to each director at least 72 hours before the meeting, unless a regular schedule without special notice has been established.
