Special District Local Laws Code § 1032.307
After the district pays its debts and disposes of its assets, the board must file a written report with the Commissioners Court of Gonzales County, and the commissioners court must then dissolve the district within 10 days after receiving the report and finding the subchapter’s requirements are met.
