Transportation Code § 544.008
Drivers facing a flashing red signal must stop at the marked stop line, or at the crosswalk or nearest point with a view of traffic if no markings are present. Drivers facing a flashing yellow signal may proceed only with caution. The section does not apply at railroad crossings.
