Business & Commerce Code § 2.610
If one party repudiates a contract for performance not yet due and the loss would seriously reduce the contract’s value, the aggrieved party may wait a commercially reasonable time, use breach remedies, suspend its own performance, or follow the chapter’s goods-identification/salvage rules.
