Government Code § 305.007

Sec. 305.007. FILING DATES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS. (a) The registrant must file the report required by Section 305.006 between the 1st and 10th day of each month. Subject to Section 305.0071, the report must cover the activities occurring during the previous month. (b) A person who made expenditures on the registrant's behalf that are required to be reported under Section 305.006 or a person who has other information that is required to be reported by the registrant under this chapter shall provide a full, verified account of the expenditures to the registrant not later than the seventh day before the date on which the registrant's report is due.
