Government Code § 825.501

Sec. 825.501. STATEMENT OF AMOUNT IN INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS. (a) No later than December 1 of each year, the board of trustees shall furnish to each member a statement of the amount credited to the member's individual account as of August 31 of the preceding fiscal year. (b) In addition to the statement required by Subsection (a) of this section, the board of trustees shall furnish, on written request, to a member of the retirement system a statement of the amount credited to the member's individual account.
