Business & Commerce Code § 2.206
An offer is generally treated as allowing acceptance by a reasonable method, and some goods orders can be accepted by prompt shipment or promise to ship. If a requested-performance acceptance is not communicated within a reasonable time, the offeror may treat the offer as lapsed.
