Agriculture Code § 76.046
If the department believes a registered pesticide may violate the chapter or be dangerous, it must decide whether to hold a hearing, notify the registrant in writing, and the hearing must occur after the 10th day after notice. The department may then deny or cancel the registration if listed grounds are found.
