Agriculture Code § 203.016

Sec. 203.016. CONSULTATION. The State Soil and Water Conservation Board shall consult with: (1) the Texas Water Development Board in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on water quantity; (2) the department in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on agriculture; and (3) the Parks and Wildlife Department in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on fish and wildlife.
