Special District Local Laws Code § 3842.005
The district’s territory is the territory described in the enacting Act, as later modified by certain laws. Field-note mistakes do not affect the district’s existence, validity, legality, operation, or its rights to issue bonds and levy or collect an assessment or sales and use tax.
