Occupations Code § 1954.056

Sec. 1954.056. FEES. (a) The executive commissioner shall set fees under this chapter in amounts that are reasonable and necessary. The executive commissioner shall set fees for issuing or renewing a license in amounts designed to allow the department to recover from the license holders all of the department's direct and indirect costs in administering and enforcing this chapter. (e) The fees collected by the department under this chapter shall be deposited to the credit of the asbestos removal licensure fund account in the general revenue fund. The fees may be used only by the department for the purposes of this chapter. Not more than 25 percent of the fees collected may be applied for administrative costs necessary to implement this chapter.
