Occupations Code § 507.160

Sec. 507.160. ANNUAL REGISTRY. (a) The executive council shall annually prepare a registry of all license holders. (b) The executive council shall make the registry available to the public, license holders, and other state agencies. (c) The executive council may not include the home address of a license holder in a registry the executive council publishes on the executive council's Internet website unless the person requests that the person's home address appear in the registry on the website. A request under this subsection must be made in the manner prescribed by the executive council. (d) The home address of a license holder that is included in a registry the executive council prepares under this section is public information and is not excepted from required disclosure under Chapter 552, Government Code.
