Natural Resources Code § 51.068

The comptroller must split monthly land payments, depositing 90% to the proper probable fund and holding 10% in suspense until the commissioner gives notice; then the comptroller credits the full amount to the proper fund. The commissioner and comptroller must also keep fund accounts and retain the advices as permanent
