Natural Resources Code § 113.084

Sec. 113.084. APPLICATION. (a) An application for a license shall be submitted to the commission on forms furnished by the commission or on a facsimile of those forms. (b) A prospective licensee shall submit the required application together with the original nonrefundable license fee established by the commission under Section 113.082 for each type of license category for which an application is made. The applicant shall submit additional information and data with each application as the commission may reasonably require. (c) A licensee shall submit the nonrefundable renewal fee for each type of license sought along with information and data the commission may reasonably require.
