Human Resources Code § 152.2061

Sec. 152.2061. RUNNELS COUNTY. (a) The Runnels County Juvenile Board is composed of the county judge, the judge of the 119th Judicial District, and the district attorney. (b) The juvenile court judge is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer. (c) The commissioners court may pay the board chairman additional annual compensation of not more than $600 for the added duties imposed on the chairman. The commissioners court may pay the other board members additional annual compensation of not more than $300. The compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other available fund of the county. The compensation is in addition to all other compensation provided or allowed for a district attorney. (d) Sections 152.0002, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008 do not apply to the juvenile board of Runnels County. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 352, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
