Utilities Code § 55.201
Companies providing local exchange telephone service in overlapping certificated areas must negotiate directory listing and directory assistance terms. The commission may resolve disputes and, if needed, set the terms by order when a complaint is filed. Incumbent local exchange companies may still negotiate voluntarily
