Occupations Code § 1951.306

Sec. 1951.306. WAIVER FOR APPLICANT LICENSED IN ANOTHER STATE. (a) The department may waive any license requirement under this chapter for an applicant who holds a license issued by another state that has license requirements substantially equivalent to those of this state. The department may enter into reciprocal licensing agreements with other states that have license requirements substantially equivalent to those of this state. (b) The department may issue an endorsement of license to a person who: (1) establishes residence in this state; and (2) has been determined by the department to meet the qualifications of a certified applicator by taking the appropriate examination in another state.
