Occupations Code § 702.302
A health spa must prepare a complete list of every membership plan it sells and disclose it to a prospective purchaser on request. A certificate holder who is not exempt under Section 702.202 must give the purchaser a complete contract copy and a written receipt for any payment made before the contract is entered.
