Occupations Code § 1958.304
A person is exempt from civil liability for damages from a decision to allow occupancy after mold remediation, if the property has a mold remediation certificate, is owned or occupied by a governmental entity (including a school), and the decision was made by the owner, occupier, or their authorized person.
