Human Resources Code § 152.0811
Fayette County’s juvenile board is made up of specified judges, and a public member may be included only in certain size conditions. Any public member must be appointed by a majority of the other board members. The commissioners court may pay board members $1,200 a year, and some other sections do not apply.
