Natural Resources Code § 86.096
If the commission finds a gas-well owner refused to use or sell allowable production after being offered a reasonable connection or market, the well is excluded from allocation until the owner tells the commission they want to use or sell the gas. Otherwise, all gas wells must be counted in allocation.
