Natural Resources Code § 111.097

Sec. 111.097. ANTITRUST LAWS UNAFFECTED. (a) No provision of this subchapter may be construed as modifying, limiting, changing, repealing, or affecting in any manner any part of the present law of this state defining and regulating trusts, monopolies, and conspiracies in restraint of trade. (b) No provision of this subchapter may be construed as authorizing any agreement or combination or both of capital, skill, and acts or any of these and any combination or consolidation now prohibited by the antitrust laws of this state or laws of this state prohibiting trusts, monopolies, and conspiracies in restraint of trade or both. (c) No provision of this subchapter is intended or may be construed as authorizing any agreement, act, combination, consolidation, or other arrangement that is now prohibited under the antitrust laws of this state or the laws prohibiting and defining trusts, monopolies, and conspiracies in restraint of trade or both.
