Human Resources Code § 152.0531

Sec. 152.0531. COMANCHE COUNTY. (a) Comanche County is included in the Bosque, Comanche, and Hamilton counties juvenile board. The juvenile board is composed of: (1) the county judge in Bosque County; (2) the county judge in Comanche County; (3) the county judge in Hamilton County; and (4) the 220th Judicial District judge. (b) The 220th Judicial District judge is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer. (c) The commissioners court of Comanche County shall pay the county judge in Comanche County and the 220th Judicial District judge additional annual compensation set by the commissioners court at not less than the amount paid to a board member under this section on October 1, 1998. The additional compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county. (d) Sections 152.0002, 152.0004, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008(a) do not apply to the juvenile board of Comanche County. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 352, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
