Insurance Code § 1467.087
The arbitrator must set a submission date, parties may not do discovery, parties may extend deadlines if all agree, arbitrators may not decide certain health plan coverage issues unless the parties agree, and the parties must split the arbitrator’s fees and expenses evenly.
