Human Resources Code § 42.163
The department may suspend, deny, or revoke a small employer’s permit for noncompliance, may refuse to issue a permit in certain child-health-or-safety-related cases, and employer-based day-care facilities are subject to emergency suspension and closure under Section 42.073.
