Business & Commerce Code § 9.510
A filed record is effective only if filed by someone allowed to file it under Section 9.509; a record authorized by one secured party of record does not affect another secured party of record; and a continuation statement filed late is ineffective unless Section 9.5185(m) says otherwise.
