Insurance Code § 861.701
If the commissioner finds a general casualty company has not complied with the chapter after an examination, the commissioner must revoke its certificate and notify the attorney general. The attorney general must then seek appointment of a receiver, and the receiver must wind up the company’s affairs under court direct
