Occupations Code § 601.054

Sec. 601.054. APPROVAL AND REVIEW OF CURRICULA AND TRAINING PROGRAMS. (a) An applicant for approval of a curriculum or training program must apply to the advisory board on a form and under rules adopted by the advisory board. (b) The advisory board shall approve a curriculum or training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 601.052. The advisory board may review the approval annually. (c) The advisory board may set a fee for approval of a curriculum or training program not to exceed the estimated amount that the advisory board projects to be required for the evaluation of the curriculum or training program.
